March Into Spring
What you can expect from this 4️⃣ week challenge:
4️⃣ workouts weekly for 4️⃣ weeks and 2️⃣ workouts the last week of March to finish it strong.
This will include Calisthenic exercises, resistance training and cardio. There will be variations if you do not have equipment (don't worry we got you!).
